Today's 81-13 vote, with six senators not voting, came after the House voted Monday to override Trump's veto. The outgoing president attempted to block the bill, saying he was dissatisfied with a number of its measures, including the absence of a repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996.
