UK's Financial Services Authority: FSA Notice of Undertaking

( November 28, 2011, 17:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Direct Line Insurance Company Limited, Churchill Insurance Limited and UK Insurance Limited have undertaken not to use certain terms identified by the UK's Financial Services Authority as unfair under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 in all the pet insurance policies they underwrite. The undertaking also applies to Lloyds TSB Pet Insurance, NatWest Pet insurance, Royal Bank Pet Insurance and Virgin Money Pet Insurance, whose policies were worded by UK Insurance.
