Committee of European Banking Supervisors Statement: CEBS has today published its final guidelines on the application of Article 122a of the CRD

The final guidelines, for rules taking effect tomorrow, specified that the retained interest is to be measured based on nominal values at the time of origination, and can't be held within an affiliated fund.
