Google should return money from scam warning ads to UK's FCA, lawmaker says

The regulator's enforcement lead noted the irony and urged the government to introduce more stringent measures on fraudulent ads in its online safety bill.Google is “laughing its way” to doubling its profits on scam advertisements as well as the UK regulator’s warnings placed against them, a lawmaker said today....
