Former Nvidia manager charged with giving confidential information to SAC Capital affiliate hedge fund

( April 23, 2014, 19:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Securities and Exchange Commission charged a former accounting manager at Nvidia for providing tips to hedge funds, including an affiliate of SAC Capital, that allowed the funds to reap $16.5 million in illegal profits, the SEC said Wednesday.
