Eurofinas Statement: Sixth Consumer Market Scoreboard: The Right Priorities?

( October 24, 2011, 09:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Eurofinas, a consumer credit provider association, has said  it is  too early to draw any conclusions about the impact of the 2008 directive on credit agreements for consumers (CCD) after the European Commission published its sixth Consumer Market Scoreboard. The scoreboard, a tool to track how markets are working for customers, has included the market for loans and credit cards for the first time. Eurofinas questioned the launch of the executive's new market study on consumer credit and said their scoreboard results, which had them ranked 21 out of 31 service markets, did not require priority action.Full press release follows below....
