Johnson's vow to obey Brexit extension law is enough, Scottish court rules; claimants plan appeal

A judge said there was "no doubt" the prime minister intends to send a letter to Brussels asking for an extension, but warned it would be "destructive" if he were to renege on his assurances to the court.
