Sustainability board makes final decisions on technical contents of disclosure standards

( February 17, 2023, 15:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The International Sustainability Standards Board has made the final decisions on all of the technical content of its inaugural corporate sustainability reporting standards. The ISSB decided at its meeting yesterday that its initial IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards — S1 and S2 — will become effective starting January 2024.
