ESMA approves forex derivative reporting for ICE Trade Vault Europe

( June 3, 2015, 10:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Securities and Markets Authority has updated its list of derivative trades that can be reported to authorized repositories operating in Europe. The latest update concerns Canada’s ICE Trade Vault Europe, which will starting tomorrow be authorized to handle reports of foreign-exchange derivative trades. The Canadian trade repository can also facilitate commodities, credit, equities, and interest-rate derivatives, but it remains the only one on the list that has not been approved to handle all derivative asset classes.The following text is from the statement....
