( May 27, 2015, 07:30 GMT | Insight) -- The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, in an order published in The Philippine STAR on May 26, published the names of 10,313 corporations at risk of having their certificates of incorporation suspended due to non-compliance with reporti...The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, in an order published in The Philippine STAR on May 26, published the names of 10,313 corporations at risk of having their certificates of incorporation suspended due to non-compliance with reporting requirements. Those included in the list were registered in 2008 but failed to submit annual reports such as general information sheets and financial statements for at least five consecutive years from 2009 to 2013. The corporations were given 30 days to comply, update their reports, and settle corresponding penalties, or risk having certificates of incorporation suspended and become candidates for license revocation....
