Motor finance complaints surged to 30,000 following ruling against Barclays, UK court hears

The data was mentioned in the hearing of a judicial review initiated by top UK bank Barclays to appeal a ruling from the UK Financial Ombudsman Service arguing that the top UK bank acted unfairly towards a customer when providing them with a loan to pay for their car. Complaints against motor finance providers in the UK have increased by 200 percent over nine months, the UK High Court has heard today....
