IAG chief executive Mike Wilkins said "the regulator in Indonesia last year said they were not granting any new greenfield licenses – we had to acquire an established license, so we've spent time looking to find a small company that we can then shape into the way we wanted it to be.” Wilkins added that they see this deal as a toe in the water in Indonesia, and the group will look for organic and inorganic opportunity in Indonesia in coming years....
