FTC approves Fiscal Year 2018 HSR premerger notification report

( September 16, 2019, 16:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice released their 41st annual Hart-Scott-Rodino Report. The report, which provides HSR Premerger Notification data for fiscal year 2018, said companies notified the agencies of 2,111 HSR reportable transactions during 2018, a 2.9 percent increase over the 2,052 transactions reported in fiscal year 2017.
