Vault Options, Global Trader 365 to pay more than $4.5 million for unlawful off-exchange binary options trading, fraud, registration violations

( July 28, 2016, 20:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Thursday announced that a federal court entered an order against Israeli web-based binary options firms Vault Options and Global Trader 365 for off-exchange options and swaps trading and defrauding customers. The order requires the firms to jointly and severally pay a $3 million civil monetary penalty and $1,587,731 in restitution to their defrauded customers.
