CFTC wins $10 million in sanctions against Nebraska traders for commodity pool fraud

( February 11, 2014, 16:18 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge Laurie Smith Camp ordered penalties for commodity pool fraud against Michael B. Kratville, Jonathan W. Arrington, Elite Management Holdings and MJM Enterprises, all of Omaha, Nebraska, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission said. The court imposed $4.4 million in restitution and ordered the defendants to pay fines of $5.7 million.  Statement follows in full. Also see document below....
