UK Digital Securities Sandbox open for applications

The sandbox provides a “live” space for firms to test new technologies like distributed ledger to issue, trade and settle shares and bonds. The regulators have made changes to its proposed framework for the sandbox following industry criticism that the rules were so tough they were dissuading applicants.
