BITPoint Taiwan’s lawsuit, to be filed in the Tokyo District Court, is over the loss of BITPoint’s breach in July, and the allegedly excessive handling fee BITPoint Japan charged when processing Taiwanese crypto-currency clients. BITPoint Taiwan also maintains that the Japanese company had inadequate security measures for funds from Taiwan, adding that aside from the July breach of 3 billion yen, it had mismanaged Taiwanese passwords and lost crypto-currency worth 3.7 million yen in April, Nikkei said....
