The court will have a chief judge, three deputies to manage court affairs, and 10 judicial panels comprising judges with 10 to 20 years of experience. The court was established as part of a long-term national anti-corruption plan, with branches to be set up eventually in various provinces beyond Bangkok. Cases will target state officials but may involve entities from the private sector, and will focus on criminal and civil cases, bribery, bid rigging, money laundering, the accumulation of unusual wealth, and asset seizure disputes. ...
