​Basel Committee proposes revamp to net stable funding ratio

( January 12, 2014, 20:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision proposed changes to the Net Stable Funding Ratio to tighten rules on banks relying on volatile liquidity sources. The draft revisions also seek to reduce the prospect of sudden changes to banks’ requirements due to changes in measures of funding stability.
