Speech: State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to publish SOE reform plans after Third Plenum

( October 31, 2013, 09:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Huang Shuhe, the vice chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, has said that the commission will publish plans for reform of state-owned enterprises after the Third Plenum of the 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress. Huang said that SOE reform was entering a critical period, and SASAC should establish a modern enterprise system and improve corporate governance structures. Huang said the functions of SOEs should be separate from the functions of government.
