Credit Suisse to pay CFTC $665,000 for position limit violation, submitting false information

( March 22, 2016, 17:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Tuesday settled charges against Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities. The CFTC charged CSI with exceeding the speculative position limit for the Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures contracts and found that CSS submitted false or misleading information in connection with the CFTC’s investigation into the matter.
