CIRC solicits comments on rules for administration of equity interests in insurance companies

According to the measures, investors are prohibited from selling their holdings in an insurance firm within five years after they become a controlling shareholder with a stake of more than 30 percent or have the voting power to exert a substantial impact on shareholder meetings.
