ESMA publishes final standards for trade repositories’ derivatives-data disclosures

( July 10, 2017, 16:47 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: EU trade repositories would have to comply with additional disclosure requirements relating to derivative transactions under final standards issued by the European Securities and Markets Authority. The standards cover the frequency and timeliness of reports and the approaches to aggregating data, and are designed to help end users compare data from different depositories.
