Woodford investors to be reimbursed through GBP230 million-worth program, UK court says

( February 9, 2024, 11:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Woodford Equity Income Fund investors will be reimbursed, thanks to a redress program worth 230 million pounds ($290.5 million) approved by a London court. The fund collapsed in 2019 under the leadership of veteran stock picker Neil Woodford. More than 300,000 investors will see their losses covered by the redress. The program was proposed by Link Fund Solutions (LFSL), former corporate director of the fund. LFSL is still under investigation from the UK Financial Conduct Authority for alleged mismanagement.Please see attached PDF....
