The European Commission has been handed a range of carrot-and-stick approaches recommendations by the EU's markets regulator, but encouraging euro clearing into the bloc looks like having to be heavy on the stick, and banks fear it will undermine their competitiveness.EU banks look set to be the ones to suffer as the bloc progresses with efforts to cut London’s clearinghouses adrift....
