Yahoo faces EUR10 million for cookie consent violations in France

The Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, or CNIL, said the company was fined for failing to respect Internet users' choice to refuse cookies on its “Yahoo.com” site and for not allowing users of “Yahoo!
