CFTC announces 2019 exam priorities

Its division of market oversight will focus on cryptocurrency and trading surveillance, as well as trading incentive programs. The division of swap dealer and intermediary oversight will look at the withdrawal of residual interest from customer accounts, accepted forms of non-cash margin and compliance with segregation requirements.
