​TPG walks away from 5G rollout over Huawei ban, with future of Vodafone deal still unclear

In an announcement to the Australian Securities Exchange, TPG said that Huawei had been the principal equipment vendor in its network rollout and the government’s August announcement to bar Huawei and Chinese company ZTE from playing any role in the 5G infrastructure buildup had prompted the decision to end TPG’s network build.
