KPMG gets non-financial sanction from UK FRC
( June 12, 2020, 08:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: KPMG has been sanctioned by the UK’s Financial Reporting Council in relation to shortcomings in its audits of the financial statements of generalist fund Foresight 4 VCT, between 2012 and 2015. The FRC did not impose a financial sanction, instead imposing a “reprimand” and an order for KPMG to monitor compliance with revised audit procedures, and report on this to the FRC’s executive counsel.The statement follows....
