Brexit risks invalidating contracts, Clifford Chance warns

In a written submission to the House of Commons Justice committee inquiry, "Implications of Brexit for the Justice System," the law firm highlights credit deals, deposits and insurance as examples of agreements that would be vulnerable to challenge.
