EC Documents: Level 2 measures foreseen in revision of the UCITS Directive

( June 8, 2010, 11:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Commission published the two directives and two regulations to implement the fourth directive on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (Ucits IV).
