EU can offer UK 'super-preferential' market access, but deal on common ground rules needed, Barnier says

( February 26, 2020, 22:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU is ready to offer the UK a “super-preferential” access to its market post-Brexit, the bloc’s chief negotiator Michel Barnier has said.
