Jindal Stainless faces EU Commission review of trade tariffs (update*)

The review is limited to the company’s subsidies. The EU executive imposed the duty of 4.3 percent in 2022, alongside duties of up to 7.5 percent on imports from India, and 21.4 percent on imports from Indonesia. The European Commission also opened a similar review into the company’s dumping duty of 10 percent, a separate notice added to the Official Journal on Wednesday shows. ...
