Industry group European Aluminum said the measure would have been ineffective because it would have exempted most major export markets, but it urged a stronger alternative "as quickly as possible."Europe’s aluminum industry has expressed frustration at the delay in measures to curb scrap exports, after EU industry chief Stéphane Séjourné dropped a planned trade instrument last Friday....
