EU opens applications for €1.5bn battery manufacturing loan program

The program is open to projects in the European Economic Area — the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway — and targets commercial-scale electric vehicle battery plants with planned annual capacity of at least 10 GWh.
