US trade court sustains Commerce remand on Chinese xanthan gum

( May 12, 2026, 15:23 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Court of International Trade has sustained the Commerce Department's second remand in a 2020-2021 review of an antidumping order on xanthan gum imports from China. CIT Judge Gary Katzmann said Commerce complied with a court-ordered remand to reconsider dumping rates for two Chinese producers, dropping their rate to zero.
