FN Herstal, Hensoldt among 7 EU entities added to China's export-control list

( April 24, 2026, 08:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Seven EU entities, including arms manufacturer FN Herstal, aerospace and defense supplier Omnipol and aerospace company Hensoldt, were added to China’s export-control list on Friday, China’s Ministry of Commerce said in a statement, citing national security and nonproliferation obligations. The measures took immediate effect, requiring Chinese exporters to halt shipments of dual-use items to the listed entities and prohibiting foreign organizations and individuals from transferring China-origin dual-use goods to them.
