US Commerce says Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam dumping, subsidizing chassis imports

( April 23, 2026, 13:49 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Commerce Department said in a final determination that Mexico, Vietnam and Thailand are dumping imports of chassis and subassemblies, and that Mexico and Thailand are subsidizing the goods. Commerce set a 76.91 percent subsidy rate for Mexican producers and a 32.37 percent dumping rate. Commerce gave all Thai producers a 72.85 percent dumping rate with one separate rate for a company and a 10.50 percent subsidy rate with two separate rates, while Vietnamese producers received a 186.84 percent dumping rate.See attached files....
