US CIT rules for South Korean firm in steel plate case

( April 17, 2026, 16:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: US Court of International Trade Judge Jane Restani remanded the Commerce Department's latest revision of a 2023 review of an antisubsidy order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea, finding the federal agency should not have declared certain emissions permits were a subsidy.
