EU steel exports to US drop 25% after Trump’s tariff hike

Volumes dropped to 1.18 million metric tons from 1.58 million a year earlier, the data showed. EU steelmakers saw exports to the US fall sharply after Washington doubled import tariffs last year, highlighting the immediate exposure of the sector to the measure....
