China confirms talks between Wingtech, Nexperia BV, pushes for Dutch reversal

By MLex Staff ( December 23, 2025, 07:23 GMT | Insight) -- China confirmed that initial talks have taken place between Wingtech Technology, the Chinese parent of Dutch chipmaker Nexperia, and Nexperia’s Netherlands-based unit, but the discussions have done little to defuse a governance dispute that continues to threaten global semiconductor supply chains.
