Dutch lawmaker Dirk Gotink, who is representing the European Parliament in the ongoing EU customs overhaul negotiations, said the uncoordinated fees could undermine the reform and fail to address e-commerce non-compliance with the bloc’s laws.The creation of national fees for handling the skyrocketing numbers of e-commerce parcels entering the EU market is “very worrying” because it risks fragmentation, a key lawmaker said Monday....
