US appeals court upholds first Trump administration's China tariffs

"Because Section 307(a)(1)(C) authorizes USTR to take escalatory, modified trade actions, and because USTR’s remand redetermination meets the APA’s procedural requirements in 5 U.S.C. § 553, we affirm the trial court and sustain the challenged Lists 3 and 4A tariffs," US Circuit Judge Todd Hughes wrote on behalf of a three-judge panel.See attached ruling....
