The brief reiterates arguments that the tariffs are illegal, urging the Supreme Court to uphold the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's ruling mostly against the Trump administration last month. The coalition, along with five US small businesses, sued in the original case against the government at the Court of International Trade, which also declared Trump's tariffs illegal.See attached brief....
