US, South Korean epoxy resin companies say Commerce failed in electricity review

( July 25, 2025, 18:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: Two US producers of epoxy resin and two South Korean exporters alleged in separate filings that Commerce erred in its May final antisubsidy determination on the product. The US coalition alleged Commerce used incorrect world price benchmark calculations, failed to investigate certain chemical inputs and erred in its subsidy investigations, including with electricity provisions. South Korean producers Kumho P&B Chemicals Inc. and Kukdo Chemical Co. also alleged in separate filings that Commerce erred in the electricity investigation, while Kukdo said the agency failed to support claims of non-cooperation in the investigation, program benefit calculations and financial payments.Complaints are attached....
