US catfish industry challenges Commerce review on Vietnamese fish

( July 18, 2025, 17:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The trade association Catfish Farmers of America joined several domestic catfish sellers in filing a lawsuit at the Court of International Trade challenging a 2022-2023 administrative review of an antidumping order on Vietnamese frozen fish fillets. The June determination said one Vietnamese company did not dump product during the period of review, while six other companies were eligible for a separate-rate status. Commerce also rescinded the review for a Vietnam-wide entity rate.See attached file....
