Malaysia imposes anti-dumping duties on steel, iron from China, South Korea, Vietnam

( July 7, 2025, 03:11 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Malaysia has decided to impose provisional anti-dumping duties ranging from 3.86 percent to 57.9 percent on imports of galvanized steel coils or sheets and galvanized iron coils or sheets originating or exported from China, South Korea and Vietnam. The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry said in a statement that the decision was made after a preliminary determination of an anti-dumping duty investigation initiated on Feb. 6 this year found there was sufficient evidence that these products were imported from the three countries at dumped prices.The statement is attached....
