The US International Trade Commission determined a dumping margin of 119.39 percent for Guandong Lvtong New Energy Electric Vehicle Technology, 312.31 percent for Xiamen Dalle New Energy Automobile Co., and 291.04 percent for companies eligible for a separate rate.See attached file....
