US Commerce imposes duties on Chinese alkyl phosphate esters

( June 10, 2025, 18:13 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Commerce Department announced antidumping and antisubsidy duties on Chinese imports of alkyl phosphate esters, which are used as concrete additives, flame retardants and in other chemicals. Commerce assigned final dumping rates of 174.40 percent to 17 Chinese producers, 152.38 percent for one exporter and 254.60 percent for another producer. The China-wide dumping rate is 269.02 percent. Commerce gave subsidy rates of 117.51 percent, 81.82 percent and 491.21 percent to three Chinese producers and a wide subsidy rate of 91.07 percent.See attached file....
