US appeals court remands 2018 Commerce antidumping review on pasta

( June 5, 2025, 21:48 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex summary: The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled that the Commerce Department erred in its 2018 antidumping review on pasta from Italy.  A three-judge panel said Commerce erred in calculating the difference between standard and premium pasta through rounding and nitrogen conversion factors. The panel backed Commerce's decision not to modify the percentage breakpoint between standard and premium pasta.Court ruling attached....
